"Large apart-hotel by the beach, 15 minutes scenic walk on the promenade to Nerja. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony and beautiful views. The decor was slightly outdated but the apartment was particularly spacious, very comfortable and with a big bathroom. It was spotless and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis by friendly staff. "Excellent from start to finish. Stayed for one night although we have stayed before. Beautiful location, hotel, grounds, staff and restaurant. Mentioned at check in it was my wifes birthday. We went for a walk and when we came back there was a bottle of Cava in the bedroom, also when we went for our evening meal they came out with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. Lovely staff and we had a really lovely time, would thoroughly recommend."

"Great stay in a perfect location. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful - they were in contact prior to check in and offered a complimentary upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are light and airy, beds comfortable and sound proofed so had a great nights sleep. The only thing missing was a facility to make a tea/coffee in the morning, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Breakfast was good but could be a little chaotic at busy times. Would prefer more non-buffet options at lunchtime (the bar does have a small but acceptable menu). "I had a lovely 2 week stay at Rui Monica. The staff were very friendly , Food delicious lots of choice, very good entertainment in the evenings. So easy to get to the beach front from Hotel. I had a little accident were I fell and the staff were amazing so kind, caring and helpful. Antonio the manager was lovely. Thank you all for your kindness and help."

"Small room without kettle, too many people in the pool area. No nearest shops no restaurant to by food, just hotdog, hamburger and pizza poor quality. Problem with parking when we arrived."

"Despite bad weather we had a good stay. We stay here regularily out of season for the warm indoor pool and big jacuzzi. The food is not as good as it used to be but is acceptable. Breakfast is good. We always stay in a suite nowadays. Furnishings tired but if the rooms were improved im sure the prices would shoot up. A 'spanish family' style, friendly, welcoming hotel. Always same staff. "

"Beautiful place! The location is stunning and the hotel itself is lovely with a relaxed vibe and wonderful breakfasts. The optional extra of yoga in the morning was a great addition. "We have just landed home after a fantastic week at Marina Turquesa. We stayed in a 3 bed villa with our 3 kids and my parents . The kids had a ball as we had our own pool which was exciting for them and couldnt keep them out of it. Perfect size for what we needed . The villa had more than enough space for us all with everything u could need In the kitchen . Steep walk back up from Burriana but still so close. Will definitely return to this complex again"

"I used it as a B&B as I had friends who live in the area. All the staff I met were friendly, engaging and willing to help. It’s across the road from the beach and they provided towels for any guest who wished to go swimming. The rooftop pool appears clean and well maintained. "
