"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"The hotel is well located next to a wonderful pretty park. There is also a great restaurant located close to the hotel if you don’t want to eat there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the the building has no real character and looks like a bland 90’s hotel anywhere. We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming.
