"It was definitely NOT soundproof. We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. "

We had two rooms, one with a twin bed for our oldest daughter and a balcony, and the second with a baby cot for our youngest daughter and a pretty city view of the cathedral in town. "We went to Strasbourg at the height of the Christmas Market season. The Hotel Rohan could not have been more in the center of it. This proved to be both convenient and frustrating. Convenient because you walk out the door to a wonderful winter wonderland of food, gift and drink stalls.
