"This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. "Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful pool area. However would point out that the area around the pool is very slippery when wet with no warning. So keep your pool shoes handy. Otherwise a perfect place to stay. "

"Nice place comfortable and convenient used for overnight stopover enroute to Calais from Alicante. Very helpful receptionist and enjoyed a nice meal in nearby town Jack at restaurant recommended by hotel receptionist. "

"Standard sized room. Very handy for Jaca old town just up some steps. Many bars and restaurants but not much else to see. Do not eat in the hotel restaurant. I had the posh burger which was cold and soggy - disgusting!"

The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems.
