"The hotel is very nice. My only issues were these: A/C barely worked if it worked at all & the access into the tub is really intended for a tall person. My room had a view of the river and was spectacular. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again, but just recognize that it might be very warm in your room."

At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. "Enjoyed 6 nights at the hotel. The hotel looks a bit tired from the outside and also the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but the room and bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok - not much variety so tended to eat the same each morning but it filled you up for the day. Spa / Swimming pool was good and the staff were friendly and polite. "We had booked 11 hotels in Europe, this was the best one! Room was large, clean, great overlooking the lake (despite rain). Dinner was absolutely delicious (Wiener schnitzel and salad bar), breakfast the best of all, and the most friendly people. Go for it! Super value"

"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering). "

"The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "
