"The hotel is situated on a one way road into the main town which is wonderful to walk in a few mins. However it’s also super noisy through the night with cars and people walking past. Public parking is right outside hotel. It was free at this time of year, but very very busy. But you can book a separate car parking with hotel. "1. Arrive in the daylight! This is Deep France, so it's a little confusing to find in the dark. 2. Stay in the Chateau part of the house. Our romantic room was BEAUTIFUL and just like the photos. Our -in-laws had a family room, and it was very large! 3. You should reserve for dinner since there isn't much else if you arrive in the evening. "Beautiful grounds, good breakfast (extra charge). We arrived exactly on time for reception, but no one was there just a note with undecipherable directions to room which was several buildings and 400m away - no map as to location and poor written directions. Also, the Expedia cost was supposed to be $174.90 USD but charged $212.99 USD - $38.09 USD extra for breakfast for 2? Seems a bit high for breakfast!"

"It was a lovely hotel and not too far to walk to main attractions and restaurants. Pool was very nice and lovely to get a short swim in and relax after long car journey . Bit of a walk up from restaurant in evening unfortunately lift stopped at 8pm. Only thing check in is from 4 and could have done with it being bit earlier even though could park there ."
