"Avevo scelto un quattro stelle greco sapendo che al confronto con l'Italia c'è sempre una stella di troppo, ma i servizi in questo hotel sono al massimo da due stelle. Ad esempio: Poco personale, nessuno parla italiano come invece precisato sul sito,nessun facchinaggio, una sola chiave per camera, camera datata, prese corrente scomode, totalmente mancanti nel bagno,asciugacapelli solo a richiesta alla reception, buffet con mancanza di cartellini sui vari cibi per cui si era costretti ad...

"Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de l'hôtel Denise Beach Aucune communication, un petit déjeuner catastrophique (aucun aliment cuit correctement..), un service de très mauvaise qualité. Des chambres indignes d'un 4 étoiles (déco vieillotte, un carré de douche avec un rideau trop petit qui laisse passer l'eau...). Et le pompon fut le service... nous avons eu un différent avec un serveur peu serviable et nous avons du nous expliquer auprès de la réception. Du jamais vu !!! Un hôtel géré comme...

"We had a very pleasant stay at Margarita hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean, the food was also delicious. I would appreciate more extended hours of the buffet, as for instance, we managed to arrive at the hotel at 8:45pm and the dinner is until 9pm."

"The hotel beds are atrociously uncomfortable. NO wifi in the rooms whatsoever. Only in the lobby. The tv had one channel that was visible. The service is horrible. The rooms smell. Too much outside noise. "

"Great place for an all inclusive stay. Close enough to walk to the main laganas strip but still far enough away to avoid the noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Buffet food was better than I expected. A great range of healthy salads, pasta, stews, breads, dessert. Every lunch time and dinner there was a chicken, pork, and seafood option. Breakfast was also good with a mix of fruits, yogurt, pastry, and cooked items. There are multiple pools and enough space to spread out. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away as well. "
