"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"We had a garden suite, with a terrace overlooking rhe vineyards. The suite was very large and quite comfortable, beautiful design throughout the room and the entire hotel. The outdoor pool was long and gorgeous, but not heated and therefore not usable in mid November with high temperatues in the upper 50s F. "Stayed for a very short but enjoyable time. The reception was so welcoming and made fantastic first impression that stuck with us. Very accommodating and did their best to assist and work around our schedule. Location was excellent, beach and pool on our doorstep. Recommend. "

"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!".
