"The hotel has an excellent location right next to the main square in the city. We were greeted by Roberto at receptionwho was wonderful. As well as making our check-in smooth and effort-less he was a great source of information about the city. We often start our trips to a new city with a walking tour. Roberto talked us through all the important sights and gave us tips for restaurants and coffee shops. He was super."

"Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful. Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. "This is a purpose built hotel on edge of town, close by the motorway. There is an outdoor car park. Some building work was in progress but, other than closing the outdoor pool and surrounding area, this had no impact on our stay. There is also a small(ish) indoor pool and gym.
