"The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere."

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"The property is wonderfully updated colonial mansion. It is impeccably kept up inside and out, with tons of character. I enjoyed the ambience of the whole place, and would recommend to anyone looking for a unique, historical place to stay. Downside is that it is not close to any of the popular areas, so dinner choices are pretty limited within walking distance. "
