"Only issues we hand was there was used towels in the draw, ac not working too warm in the room. Breakfast was finishing too early as we had a long journey before hand and got to the hotel at 9pm didn’t get up in time. And no option to have it in the room like in other Novotel. The fresh paint work and repairing of room were obvious. "

"The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. "This hotel was in a great location and very walkable to town. The rooms were up a lot of stairs but they helped us bring the luggage.they recommended a great restaurant and were nice at the desk. The bed should be updated. Bathroom was great. There was a bar outside our window so it was occasionally loud until maybe 11. "

"Two nights stay. Beaune is an interesting old town. Plenty of restaurants but all with similar menus. Hotel is comfortable but the room was sparsely furnished.. Whoever designed the bathroom needs their head examining. To get to the toilet you have to open the door and then step into the shower, then close the door. Also the bathroom light shines straight into the face of anyone in bed. Very conducive to romantic nights "
