"I had a really nice stay here. It's close to pretty much everything that you'd like to see, in the city. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room itself was really nice and cosy, but it was really hot in the room, and the receptionist kindly found me a fan, which really helped. The only downside is regarding being eco-friendly, individually wrapped soap bars aren't the best, and I only stayed there for 2 nights, so it was a waste. "Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "
