"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. "The hotel is well located next to a wonderful pretty park. There is also a great restaurant located close to the hotel if you don’t want to eat there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the the building has no real character and looks like a bland 90’s hotel anywhere. "An immaculate hotel with wonderful attentive staff. The rooms are well designed with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best I have encountered, a massive buffet selection in a beautiful room overlooking the city. I love the roof pool and spa area to relax in. There is also another pool indoors with a sauna and spa facilities. An underground car park topped off my stay. "

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and has lovely, big rooms. The front desk really helped us out after a misunderstanding and were very generous in giving us an upgrade.
