"Overall we had a good stay. Food was good, if sometimes a bit unusual. It was the beginning of the season and the hotel was pretty empty. Even so we had to push hard for a room upgrade (being one key premium and there being plenty of rooms available), it was not offered freely. The service was all smiles but not very slick, put this down to it being start of season. Also pool was a bit green, making us not want to go in it, we mentioned this but got a shrug of the shoulders from the manager....

The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area.
