"We had a pleasant stay at Glasson Lakehouse Hotel. The room was spacious but beds a little hard. The staff were friendly and helpful. No milk or spoons on table at breakfast was irritating. We thought that the hot tubs were overpriced. The hotel has a lot of nice features but a little more attention to detail would help."

"Nice functional hotel. Good sleep (bar being woken up at 2am by a loud man on corridor but that's not the hotels fault) Breakfast fine; nothing exceptional. Only negative really was that the water in shower was too hot. Spoke to reception twice (morning and evening) but to no avail. Water too hot & couldn't be changed second morning again. Gym & pool look lovely: I hadn't time. "
