The only downside was the noise level at night. when we were settling in to go to sleep you could hear drunk people yelling and screaming around, there are a few bars just a few doors down and it was disruptive. Luckily my daughter and I were exhausted and managed to fall back asleep after the first night, however the following 7 nights we put in our noise cancelling airpods. But they have things that help keep your compact space neat, such as folding desks, a little shoe and coat cubby by the door, and shelves. It gave me small modern/minimalist home vibes. We made it work for a family and it was affordable and really had a beautiful view.
