"Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport. The price points were wildly high considering twin beds at a standard Hyatt. For a king bed, prices cruise over $500 Cons: - Breakfast not being included - It took over ten calls to finally get someone at the front desk to answer for an issue in our room. - The room smelled like the plumping/pipes/toilet until the AC unit was put on.. More than half the channels weren’t working or said “No Signal” when i reported it the staff offered me to change room but still had same problem. "We stayed 3 nights. Area was easy to walk to local dining or downtown. Tram to downtown was right in front of the hotel and only 12-15 minute tram ride to downtown area. Room was exactly what I expected. Only negative were the pillows which were very flimsy. A quick call to staff and we had more pillows which did the trick. "
