"El hotel está frente al lago, al lado de un cementerio (en.lo.personal, no implica ningún problema, pero alguien podría sentirse mal). Su personal, muy amable. La habitación era un apartamento cómodo, limpio, con vista al lago y muy calentita (fuimos en pleno invierno). El desayuno, sencillo, en una terraza hermosa, con vista al lago. Está sobre la costa, a uno 3000 metros del centro, a 5 minutos con el automóvil. En resumen, una buena opción!!"

"Small hotel room but very good use of space inside, so much so that you don't feel jammed at all. Internet was good, city center was an easy 3 minutes walk. There is also a parking for your car. Sheets and amenities were clean and the staff has high attention to detail. "

"We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. When we arrived they told us that none of the spa facilities were open as advertised, they only had the breakfast restaurant open so no evening meals were being offered and the bar was not open either. None of this was told to us before we arrived. After complaining to Expedia they said nothing could be done and the hotel...

"As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is unclear where/how to check in. I simply texted when we arrived and immediately help arrived to show us where to go. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. The information provided inside the room about whee to find dinner and breakfast, explaining about the hot water and the door locks - was perfect. We would definitely stay again in any of the three places."
