"The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city."

"I relocated here because I was disappointed with another nearby hotel. I stayed about five days and it was really good. Definitely a well-run business with friendly and helpful staff. "I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"Great value hotel located close to shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride from the Sultan’s Palace, Water Castle etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food in general all very good. We did a tour to Borobudur and Prambanan Temples through the hotel and our driver, Mudi, was excellent. Very safe and always had cold water waiting for us after each visit. "

"Property is off the main road, but close to local food favorites (serabi notosuman, sosis Solo) also 4 minute walk to a batik store. Lobby is small and tight parking is available. Rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated. Very pleased with stay. One down side, there were people swimming past midnight the first night of our stay.
