"Excellent doorman friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk on our arrival. No warm greeting and a somewhat frosty reception. This made us feel uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the bedding, it was very poor. Not Egyptian cotton sheets. Worn fitted sheets of a poor standard. Charging for parking is not acceptable at a hotel at this price point. "

"Smaller type rooms with adequate storage and a nice bath/shower. No wifi in room but available in hotel lounge. Great restaurant and housekeeping staff but reception weren't overtly friendly and ignored you when it was time to leave. Good place to use to sleep and go, but smaller rooms without wifi don't lend itself to wanting to spend a lot of time inside your own room."

"Just came back from a fabulous trip to this hotel. Lovely and clean and very well maintained- we were half board and the food was delicious and beautifully presented - they accommodated all our meal requests (we were 2 pescatarians and 2 non red meat eaters) so happily - as if it wasn’t an effort at all. Spa was lovely and we enjoyed the sauna steam thoroughly after we finished skiing for the day. It’s a quiet place so no nightlife, but it still suited us. Ski bus just around the side of hotel...
