"Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "

"Lovely hotel walkable in minutes to main square . Very comfortable room and spacious . I had a room that looked over the dining area and they were hosting a party so it was very noisy most of the day . Quiet hours are 10pm- 6 am but there was so much housekeeping noise and other customers talking loudly in the hallways from 7 am so hard to relax . Next time I will try to request a quieter room and not one that overlooks the dining area .my second stay here and would return again . "

"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise...

"An incredibly good hotel. Firstly you walk in to be greeted by the most lovely reception staff, always with the biggest smile. The food is absolutely superb and the most important, the people behind the bar... An absolute must stay if your this part of the world. A hotel I will use in my visits to this part of the world. "

TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. "Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apartment that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. Building itself is clean and quiet. "
