"Eine gelungene Hotelgestaltung, wenngleich etwas verwinkelt, aber doch sehr gemütlich und in unerwartet praktischer Lage inmitten von Friedrichshafen unweit fußläufig zur Uferpromenade. Feine Sauna. (Leider konnten wir den ersehnten Saunagang nicht verwirklichen, da ein Hotelgast unmittelbar zuvor innerhalb der Saunakammer eine Zigarette (!) rauchen musste und die Asche auf der Holzliegefläche abwarf). "Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."

"Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare. We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. "Nice, old hotel. Decent free breakfast. Dinner was a bit “stuffy” for my tastes but the tables were busy so it must be good. Luggage storage behind the front desk was no problem at all when we asked if we could leave our bags and walk around town. "

"Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good.
