"Quite and nice hotel and nice staff"

"4 yıldız bu otel için fazla. 2 yıldızı fazladan almış gibiydi. Personel ilgiliydi fakat oda temizliği ve hijyen konusunda eksiklikler vardı. Sigara içilmeyen oda istemiştim. Sigara külleri vardı etejerde ve görevliye gösterdim bunları. Kahvaltısı normaldi. Ekstra birşey görmedim. Birdaha gidermiyim? Hiçbir yer bulamazsam giderim. İskenderunun otel sıkıntısı var bu net."

"Booked a suite, pictures on expedia of room were nice, but didnt match the reality of what was provided. Room Smaller , and last decorated sometime in the 1950's. old but functional furniture. room fridge not working properly. AC noisy and needs cleaned. Staff were friendly enough. No spa on site, only a leaflet in room. Far better value and more modern options available. Wouldnt pay this much for museum room again."

"It is a really bad hotel! Don’t recommend it at all! AC doesn’t work and you can’t open the window! And staff is so ignorant, they talk to you in a very bad attitude. I booked for 4 nights but only stayed one night and left the hotel. "
