I did not know the units were individually owned, until I had a problem. They had not paid their cable bill. It took a couple of days til the bill got paid, and the cable provided was not normal basic cable- bizarre channel selection. "Very nice location on Jekyll. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating, but you could tell food and bar areas were overwhelmed due to amount of guests. A few things were showing wear and tear from being oceanfront. Shower ceiling was pulling away from ceiling and metal rack under sink was rusted. "
