"I loved everything about this place! The staff was excellent, the onsite restaurant was superb, and it was really close to the airport. Getting to the city activities took 30 minutes, but I'd take the peace and quiet here over being in the middle of everything, anytime. My only regret is that I didn’t get to take advantage of the Spa services. I plan to go back to Scotland next year and I will be staying at Norton House. "

"A beautifully styled hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and very very clean, lovely view out of the full floor to wall windows. Our room had all amenities needed and a big bathroom with bath and shower. The bed was super comfortable and lovely quilt and plump soft pillows. Very good breakfast and choice of what you want. Such a shame they don't do evening meals anymore, as it's a lovely plush restaurant seating area. I feel it will stop people from staying. But there are...

"Stayed here many times . Was down visiting family nearby so really only used the room for sleeping . Comfy bed and black out blinds gave us a good sleep . Handy for the town centre pubs and takeaways . Shower and amenities in the room are good with decent size TV. "

"Rooms dated and tired the mattress was uncomfortable. I found my bathroom dirty and not cleaned hair in bath and a used bar of soap. Window cracked so a cold draft in room. The bar area is nice and a good choice of drinks and the restaurant excellent."
