"They didn’t properly clean our room (they would make the bed but didn’t take out the trash). The shower wall only covers half the wall, so water leaks - we mopped it up with towels but they never replaced the towels. We didn’t know we had to place the key in the wall to turn on the electricity, the staff who showed us was a bit condescending. "

"Excellent value for money. We stayed over to break up a longer journey north. Conveniently located just off the main route. We enjoyed the riverside walk with access close to the hotel. The evening meal was good and we particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast the following morning. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Special thanks to the staff who were all very pleasant and friendly.Will definitely stay again when travelling this way."
