"Everything went smoothly, we were there for two nights, Had our meal in the hotel bar which was very tasty, Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. Breakfast was top class and they had more than I have ever seen at the buffet breakfast table than in any other Hotel I have been too. Highly recommend."

The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and informative, which made check-in and my stay even better. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. "Beautiful B&B in a lovely area only a short driving distance from Waterford City. I had a large, comfortable room - everything was pristinely clean, and the shower was superb. Breakfast was a real treat, with an excellent variety on the menu, and tiny home made (warm!) scones accompanying whatever you chose. The guest lounge was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery and delph, comfortable couches, and a 'drop and swap' area for books. I would highly recommend a stay in Samuel's...

"Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable "
