"My wife and I stayed at the Maldron while on the third leg of our trip. Unfortunately the first night there was a little incident that made us slight uncomfortable however the staff was quick to help us straighten things out and provide us with a new bedroom. Overall the stay was pleasant however like most have reviewed, the hotel can be very hot throughout the night but as long as you open the windows, it should be quite comfortable. "

"A lovely hotel that met our needs nicely. Checkin staff were excellent and very friendly. We felt a little unsafe walking back to the hotel and being on level 2, could hear much of the external noise very easily. Sounded like our windows were open, however had bern shut. Overall would recommend."

"The restaurant had great service our first night. The second night it was not good. It is a noisy place in the restaurant and the tables are very close together. I think the staff members in restaurant have a lot of people to help. The front desk staff members were great and the location was safe and it had ample parking. "Overall the property was ok but compared to other Inns that we stayed in was not quite as nice. The room was a bit cramped for three, but beds were comfortable. Staff was nice but not as friendly as our other stays. The breakfast was also not quite as good as what our other Inns provided. The location was out of easy walking distance so had to drive into the town to park and see the local sites. Cruise ships also stop in Cobh so be aware of the crowds when they port. "
