"Clean & tidy. Staff were courteous and helpful when I rang to request a foldaway bed as an extra for the room. Check in / Check out was fast and easy. Hotel was a good walkable distance to Esplanade Park, supermarket & Plaza mall. No update on webite/booking sites to indicate spa pool not available & swimming pool water was very milky & cloudy.
