"The hotel needs a lot of improvements in every area. I was staying in a superior room. The room was not really in good maintenance. I was in transit before moving to another part of Bandung and had a lot of not-so-convenient stay experiences. 1. The bathroom: The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned up properly. A lot of stains on the bathroom wall. The bathroom's door handle was broken. No door lock. There were not so many amenities in the bathroom. The towel didn't seem to be washed properly or had been on the rack for a very long time. 2. The AC was leaking. It kept dripping on the carpet the entire night. Made me have a hard time sleeping because of the sound from the drip. 3. The carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed for a very long time. Very dirty and had a lot of cigarette burns. 4. The bed was not too comfy to sleep on and the bed sheet probably had not been changed either. Cause I had some kind of bug bites when I woke up. Would have been great if the hotel were cleaned up properly as the location is pretty convenient to get around with. "
