During my stay the building AC was not working pretty much throughout my stay. Walked in and it felt like it was steaming hot. Good thing my room had backup AC unit but that barely cool the room. "I had a 22 day stay while visiting around Yangon. The best part about this hotel was the staff. Everyone that worked there was friendly and kind. That fact alone makes this a great place to stay. This was a 5 star stay at budget friendly prices. "

"The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, I had a positive experience at the hotel. Two slight downsides - the internet in the room is not very strong/irregular. However, if you take a call in the dining room or the lobby, it is strong/consistent. Also, I was there during rainy season, so the carpeting in the hotel room gives off a stale smell. Besides those two things, its okay. The breakfast is very good, the gym is very very nice."
