"We book and paid around 600$, we canceled our booking in just 10 mins after we did it, but the management did not accept to refund any of our amount! They told us it is their policy ! How come you take money for a service that you haven’t provide??"

The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties. "
