"All the staff at the hotel were excellent and I cannot fault the service and attention to detail. One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. The breakfast on site is...

"We are very pleased because the hotel gave us a simple small cake for my son's birthday - the reason why we had the staycation in the first place. It's just that the swimming pool had quite a strong chlorine smell, and the parking area was not covered. Other than that, the experience in this hotel was great and my 5 year old son was very happy with the simple cake. Thank you Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi for making my son's birthday special :)"
