We found parking right behind the hotel, front desk was manned by an English-speaking young lady, so check-in was fuss-free. The family room was very large, generally clean, but well-worn (furniture had chips off the edges, some scratches on wall, etc). "This hotel is known for its spa and water activities. We used it simply as an airport hotel, it being 5 minutes drive from PLQ airport. So I can’t comment on the water activities, but it looked fun. The room was very small but adequate. Nice desk staff who spoke English. The surrounding area doesn’t offer any restaurants or shops at all. We didn’t try the food at the hotel either. Overall it was good for us."
