"The room is a little run down. Scuff marks on the walls, stains on the towels and sheets, bed sheets that don't fit the beds properly (so they come off once in a while), bathroom door was bashed open so lock doesn't work, window does not close properly (but on 3rd floor so not a safety concern). The apartment was alright, the location is great."

"The review is in fact for Mövenpick Zagreb as Pullman Zagreb is unable to fulfill the booking citing delay in opening as the reason. And so they offer me Mövenpick as the alternative. Was offered the junior suite. Good room size but there was no view (just construction when you look out of your window). Room was ok but would prefer option to have brighter lighting. You need to keep pressing on the button of the hair dryer for it to work and the button is quite hard and thus making it difficult...

"Timeout Heritage Hotel is really nice. In a perfect location, centrally located. It has a nice bar and nightclub. Room was good, bed perfect and shower in the bathroom was excellent. There was an in room safe and fridge. My room had a balcony which was nice. Breakfast is good and standard for Zagreb. Reception staff are very kind and friendly."
