"A nice, comfortable place. The staff aren’t the most multi-lingual for a resort, but they make up for that with their eagerness to help. The facilities are simple and rustic, which if that’s your thing, this place will be great. The architecture of the restaurant is fun, and there is a lot of greenery and living things to immerse yourself in nature. "

"Terrível, péssimo atendimento, banheiro não tinha energia, não foi resolvido e nem trocou de quarto. E tive que ouvir, “ problemas acontecem, não posso fazer nada” "

"Sergio Simone de Oliveira, der Verwalter des Anwesens, teilte uns bei der Ankunft mit, dass weder unsere Reservierung noch unsere Bezahlung eingegangen sei. Deshalb habe er auch kein Zimmer für uns reserviert und alle Zimmer des Hauses seien belegt. Sergio fuhr mit uns in das 10 km entfernt gelegene Hotel Sao Charbel, um uns dort unterzubringen. Das Hotel Sao Charbel hat maximal 2 Ster e, ist extrem einfach und hat uns 280 R$ zusätzlich gekostet. Sergio bot uns an, die 280 R$ zu übernehmen und...

"Had to leave the hotel after one night of a two night stay. From the first moment of entering the room there was an overpowering damp smell, the smell was so bad we had to change rooms. The next room also had the same overpowering damp smell which would not leave despite leaving the window open. The room also had mold around the door frames, fridge and mirror. We were woken at 2am to the sound of shouting, screaming and dogs barking which lasted for approximately 45mins. The WiFi did not work in...

"Reservado, chegando ao local as 23:00 hs , para a nossa surpresa o Hotel não confirmou a reserva. A recepcionista foi localizada dormindo 30 minutos depois da chegada e falou que não poderia fazer nada. Nem ao menos tentou procurar uma outra opção... mesmo mostrando a confirmação da reserva. Nunca pensem em ir a este local... correm o risco de dormir no carro. Tive que voltar 20 KM para arrumar um local em Itaguá. Decepcionante é pouco......"

"O colchão é muito mole, a roupa de cama é de baixa qualidade, não tem uma mesa ou cadeira no quarto, não há onde guardar coisas/roupas. Nenhum funcionário usou máscara durante a estadia. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O café é simples, más é bom. A piscina estava com a água verde (não usamos)."
