"On arrival we found the front of house staff member who dealt with us very polite, helpful and service with a smile. The room we had was superb, very clean and comfortable. Having chosen a club room this gave us access to the club lounge, this was an added bonus as having never had this from a hotel before it a nice little feature to have. The Indian restaurant on the seventh floor was another bonus and the food was fantastic. As was the Terrace@2828. A hotel i will have no hesitation to return too. "

"Location is great and staffs are very friendly especially the reception lady. Sea view room is great! Breakfast ok (the day we had seems mainly Indian food). Room service was quite good. The overall condition of the hotel is ok. But a little bit old. Overall, good value and we enjoyed our stay and would like to go back and spend more time maybe by the beach or in the pool."

"Ive stayed here a few times, never had a problem, however if you're looking fot a quiet nights sleep i wouldn't recommend. I will continue to book this hotel for my visits as long as the price is right. Thank you Juffair Grand Hotel "
