"This place is fantastic! Very quiet and peaceful. The owner/host was amazing and so friendly. She provided local recommendations and travel directions. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room and bathroom were both very good sized. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Staff looked fed up. Checkin was slow and when I said was to attend funeral, no basic condolences given. Other staff in restaurant not really on the ball. I tried to get attention to buy another bottle of wine but gave up after staff walked past twice. Breakfast staff excellent and food also excellent. Promote your breakfast staff to train and supervise other staff and you will get 5 stars. Hotel is clean and comfortable but rooms too hot and no thermostat which is strange. Overall 3 stars plus."

"We absolutely loved our say in The Apartment in Mullans Bay. Our teenage boys said everything about the estate was class. There was a tennis court which also had football nets and basketball nets with equipment provided which was only a stone throw away from the apartment and we had loads of fun paddle boarding and kayaking on the lough. Also there was a playpark with a zip wire and tree swing etc with a roofed sitting area right beside the lough. The guy Adrian who runs the place was so helpful...

"This is an absolutely beautiful location and a nice house probably best for 2 people. Unfortunately the cleanliness let the house down. The shower was mildewed and the toilet needed to be cleaned. All in all the rest of the house in need of a general spring clean, oven included. A little bit of care and attention, declutter and internal modernisation is all it needs. Also probably best to know the family in the main house attached to you as fire door attached to upstairs bedroom and is...
