"Hotel is on beautiful Gun Beach in Tumon Bay. Pool, slide, and beach are all fantastic. No hot tub. Snorkeling off Gun Beach is quite good, eels, Parrots and dozens of other species were seen. Great staff."

"This property is in a great location, that’s why we chose it. We had a brief encounter with the front desk and the “‘manager” had a bit of an attitude when we were understandably upset that our room wasn’t ready hours after check-in. We stayed in three different rooms and the AC wasn’t the best in any of them. There are areas that definitely need improvement, but overall, we’d stay here again. We’d probably book a higher room rate type of room though. It seems they take better care of those...
