First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

The air is dirty from the millions of scooters and there's not much to do outside of the two big temples far out of town. Given that as the baseline, the Gaia Cosmo is a decent hotel. Our room was nice and quiet and the lobby is nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They do serve this stomach-churning gross Asian breakfast buffet that smells so strong. I would stay...
