"Room was quiet, has a nice view of pine trees a false sense of serene since it is facing the street not the slopes. Stayed in RM # 813, which is the first floor with peekaboo views of the mountains. Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. "This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities."

"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."
