"Located in the old town of Durlach, we had free parking on the street every night, right near the hotel. I've never been in a hotel where everything in the mini bar is complimentary ! Beer, water, soda, coffee, was free of charge, Prima! if you choose to decline housekeeping, they give you a 5 Euro gift card each day to spend at the bar. Nice touch. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz des Hotels ist etwas schlecht ausgeschildert (war bei meinem Aufenthalt durch eine Baustelle kaum sichtbar). "My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

"The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden. The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area. "
