"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "Very clean and located at the open bay where you could enjoy the legendary sunset. Walkable to restaurant and other souvenir stores. Breakfast buffet has so much food selection and it's one of the best breakfast buffet we had. Dining room is super specious and boast a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. House keeping is very quick and attentive to request. I would give this place a 9.8. "
