"The room requires a deep clean. Dirty floor mats, water timescale marks all around the shower and window. Privacy blind had mould growing on it. Sink requires timescale and bleach as plug area smelt unpleasant. Air conditioning required some overdue maintenance or replacement as it was so loud even with the terrace doors closed. Very loud music could be easily heard in the room until 5am. Breakfast area had a fly problem and need to be addressed urgently as unhygienic. "

There are only 12 rooms, so theres a familiar feel in staying here. The rooms and grounds were very clean. The view from my room was spectacular. "Ok so this is a fabulous residence that is being used as a boutique hotel with 5 en-suite rooms. Located directly into Turtle beach it has fabulous views. The interior ambience and furnishings are all very tasteful and chic. Service by the team is exemplary and the food of very high quality. What is there to dislike? Nothing really. You get warm water after running the shower for a long time, which is a terrible waste. The dogs are left out at night and they can bark extensively and no one seems to care.
