"Have stayed many times (mostly while doing a home search). Big attraction was that hotel was dog friendly. The charge for your dog is now $75 PER NIGHT. This was almost as much as the room charge and apparently has increased since our last visit. "

"The hotel was great, except for the noise from children playing in the passage outside the rooms, ball getting kicked into the bedroom door. This carried on until after 11pm at night. No supervision from the parents. Running screaming and doing as they pleased. Never again 😒 Pity because the hotel is amazing. "

"Charming old-world ambience. My room had a king-sized poster bed which some people would need a step ladder to get on (I'm not tall, but am agile!), but very comfortable. Some rooms need more logical placement of outlets for lights and electronics; other rooms are up to date. The ambience is friendly and the staff are excellent. Plus, it's so convenient to downtown and for leaving city center. "

"Upon arrival we were happily greeted by Raja that evening. Our room was very nice, double bed with a microwave and mini fridge. That Saturday night was very hectic, there were a lot of people. The pool was full to capacity. Raja was running around doing so many things. I commend him on an awesome job. He was manning the front desk, taking care of customers with bedding issues and on top of it all bringing in clean warm towels to the pool, where there seems to have been a kids birthday. I...

"Two night winter get-away. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It's right on the lake and main Lake George strip. The main hotel is clean and the staff were excellent including the restaurant/bar staff. A few minor quibbles include adding some technology updates in the rooms including USB and/or outlets near the beds. The suites could also benefit from a second TV in the sitting area. "We enjoyed our stay at the Equinox. We enjoyed the meals we had there and the general atmosphere. Front desk staff on Sunday, 2/16, could have been a bit more pleasant and/or helpful. One of the women at the desk was not particularly friendly or helpful in terms of what do with kids in the area during a storm.
