"In general , the hotel is very nice. However, amenities are very basic, a high-end hotel has no wash clothes in the room, Kleenex run out not replenish, only 1 flat pillow per person, and had to make use of the sofar cushion to fit my head while sleeping. Twice I called reception counter but never answered and had to go to the reception counter in person for service, I refused to go to the lobby myself for the second time. I would not give this hotel a thumb up for recommendations. "

"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. "An immaculate hotel with wonderful attentive staff. The rooms are well designed with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best I have encountered, a massive buffet selection in a beautiful room overlooking the city. I love the roof pool and spa area to relax in.
