"This hotel was lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower was small and not what we are use to at yhe cost of the room. It was busy in the restaurant and we waited a lenghtly tine for our food and then it was wrong, but we ended up just eating it. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again during the weekend. "I got a great deal on a same day booking, so my stay was good value. I had room 18 with its door next to some of the hotels parking which was very convenient. Where the reception was, was not immediately evident, however checking in was seamless, the info given backed up by the room folder. "Everything about the hotel is great. Only weird bit was having to enter all my details to do the booking and then getting a check in email to enter them all again. In 2024 it is odd getting an email to ask me for my email address. I guess this is an issue with linking to Expedia but surely by now the customer experience would have been perfected. "
