"This was my second stay. I stayed for eight days over the Christmas holidays. The staff, service, restaurant, location, and price were all excellent and I will definitely stay here again. They had saved my information from my previous stay 6 months ago so check-in was fast and easy. On Christmas Eve I found a bag of chocolates, including a large foil-wrapped Santa Claus, at my door! "Started out rough! As guests to this hotel, they did not allow us to make reservations at their restaurant because they were overbooked. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! And the worst thing of it all, it was 33°C, and the rooms were scorching. They do have one fan in there for a boat because we always travel with fans because rooms are usually...
