"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"This was a great place to stay , friendly staff who spoke good English and really wanted you to enjoy staying at there hotel . They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. The Spa was amazing and the hotel is situated in a wonderful beautiful valley The food was excellent as well and reasonably priced "

"I am delighted that I was able to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and set in an incredible setting. The staff were all very friendly and really made me feel welcome. The breakfast and facilities (pool, sauna etc) all looked good although I didn’t use them. I will have no hesitation about returning to this hotel! "Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "

"Im grossen und ganzen ganz gut. Sauber und modernes Hotel. Bar um am Abend noch etwas zu trinken ist nicht wirklich einladend. Die Auswahl, wenn man kein Alkohol trinkt ist dürftig. Auch haben wir eine kleine Aufenthaltsecke vermisst, wo man ausserhalb des Zimmers sich aufhalten könnte. Essenszeitspanne für Frühstück und Nachtessen ist sehr knapp und das Checkout um 10:00 ist relativ früh. Wer dies aber nicht stört bekommt eine saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen funktionellen...

"We booked this hotel for a family vacation. Positives: Room was nice and spacious, the pool indoor/outdoor was nice, breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff and helpful. Nice area if you like to be around nature. Negatives: Found the bed to be not completely comfortable. Dinner was good but perhaps not worth the price. We found some spots in the city we preferred that were much more affordable. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, we had a very nice stay and would consider...

"Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room.
