"My family of 3 stayed overnight for an event at the Del Mar fairgrounds. I called before we checked in and the front desk staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They were informative and helpful upon check in. The room was cozy and clean. The pool area was very nice, provided towels, had plenty of chairs, and beautiful fire lit lounge areas at night. We were able to walk to get dinner, and walk to the event, which was a huge plus. Check out was simple. We will definitely stay here...

"The property was being remodeled. I got there and was told, after calling the owner a couple of times before getting a return call, that the reservation was made in error. It was a busy holiday weekend. I had to find another place to stay which I did but it was farther from where I wanted to be and with no view or ambience at a higher rate. "

"This was our second time staying at this condo. We loved it. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. It has a beautiful view from the patio of the lagoon and ocean. It is in a gated community which is very well maintained. Since it is only a mile from the shore, we were able to enjoy the beach every day on our walks. We will be back!"
