"Very good: Friendly staff, spacious room, nice decoration Venetian style, balcony with view to a park. Not so good: Bathrooom is not optimal for taking showers, as there is no curtain or screen to protect the room from getting soaked and wet."

""The hotel staff was pretty good, but the restaurant service was very slow. The restaurant staff made several mistakes with our orders during dinner. And breakfast time, the coffee cups, tableware were not filled properly so there are beverage and food but have to wait for long. It was a pity because the food was great, but the service was pretty bad"
